A rose by any other name
How often I forget to tend to my rose, yet it still gives out a sweet array of gentle blossoms for me. I have recently been taking the online photography class, Fundamentals of DSLR Photography, through Skillshare. The class goes over the differences between shutter speed, aperture, and ISO. I had put off learning these tools because the entire concept was foreign to me and I thought they would be difficult to grasp. However, through this class, I was able to catch on rather quickly. The whole course is 1 hour and 20 minutes long and is free with a 2-month trial. I really do recommend taking this class, especially if you find shutter speed and aperture rather daunting.
For these photographs, I used a 1/500 shutter speed and f/4.5 aperture. I left my ISO on auto and it chose 6400. I took these shots during dusk, using my 85mm lens on manual mode and the tricks I learned through
